Four Lakes Doula
Birth and Postpartum Doula Services
About me
I started in Madison, WI as a birth doula in 2001. My own births and postpartum
experiences were profoundly impacted by the support I received from my midwives and doula. In 2003 I trained as a postpartum doula and started offering postpartum doula and lactation support. I have been a Newborn Care Specialist since 2021.
I believe in the intuitive wisdom of parents. I have valuable expertise but you are the “expert” when it comes to yourself and your baby. My goal is to increase your confidence as parents by providing practical, emotional, and informational support.
